Kaaimans Holiday Cottage is a perfectly positioned 3 bedroom Self-Catering Cottage situated on a private 39 hectare property in Kaaimans, the famous Waterfall forming part of this pristine estate.

Denneberghof is on the same property and Kaaimans Holiday House is adjoining but private from this Cottage. Ideal if combined for a large family or group of friends (sleeps in total 18 – 20).

With private, direct access off the N2, half-way between Wilderness and Victoria Bay, a major drawing card is the prime and extremely central location, in the heart of the Garden Route. Both beaches are a 5 minute drive, as is the Garden Route Mall.

Kaaimans Holiday Cottage boasts unsurpassed, uninterrupted views of the Outeniqua Mountains as well as distant views of Wilderness and the Indian Ocean. Daily sightings of various bird species, from Fish Eagles to Knysna Loeries, as well as breathtaking sunsets are just some of the things you can expect to enjoy during your stay!

The property is lush in fynbos with rolling hills, ample space for children to play.

This Cottage has a modern feel to it, beautifully furnished throughout. It consists of 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, an open-plan lounge and kitchen as well as an undercover, wraparound balcony with BBQ/Braai facilities.

Kaaimans Holiday Cottage is family-friendly as well as pet-friendly (upon request). It’s a family owned and managed property.

Uncapped wifi and full package DStv is offered for guest enjoyment.

There are 3 rooms in total, recently renovated and tastefully furnished. It sleeps a total of 6 people.

Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, ample cupboard space, safe. Large window with Mountains and Ocean views.

Bedroom 2: Bunk beds (accommodates adults as well), ample cupboard space. Desk/Dressing Table with mirror and chair.

Bedroom 3: Twin beds (can be pushed together upon request), ample cupboard space. Large window with Ocean views.

Bathroom: Bathroom with shower over bath. Separate toilet with handbasin.

COMMUNAL AREAS:

With large windows, a sliding & backdoor, opening onto the undercover patio with views all around.

Living Area – Lounge with comfortable sofa and sleeper couch. Flatscreen TV with full package DStv .

Dining Area – Bar chairs at the kitchen counter.

Kitchen – Modern, fully equipped for self-catering purposes.

Outside Area – Wrap-around, undercover patio with table seating 6 people. Beautiful views. Portable BBQ/Braai.

NOTE: Pets can be accommodated upon request only and must be supervised – Kaaimans Holiday Cottage doesn’t have an enclosed garden but patio is enclosed. There are other animals on the property.
