GUEST HOUSE

This double-storey house offers Standard Rooms, Luxury Rooms, Superior Suites and a Presidential Suite. The Self-Catering Apartment is Room 1 as below.

Room 1: Superior Suite. A duplex unit; sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). Upstairs: Bedroom with Queen-size bed, opens onto private balcony with sea & mountain views. En-suite with bath & shower. Downstairs: Lounge with sleeper couch. Fully equipped kitchen. Indoor patio with built-in BBQ/braai and seating. Private garden with direct access to the beach. Bed & Breakfast or Self-Catering.

Room 2: Standard Room. Ground floor unit; sleeps 2 adults. Bedroom with King-size bed and en-suite with shower. Private entrance. No sea views.

Room 3: Superior Suite. Ground floor unit; sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). Bedroom with King-size bed (Twin upon request). En-suite with bath & shower. Separate toilet. Lounge with sleeper couch. Kitchen with small dining area. Big windows with views over the pool & ocean. Private garden with direct access to the beach.

Room 4: Superior Suite. Top floor unit; sleeps 2 adults. Bedroom with King-size bed (Twin upon request). En-suite with Victorian bath & separate shower. Small kitchenette. Opens onto private balcony with sea & mountain views.

Room 5: Presidential Suite. Top floor unit; sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). Spacious bedroom with King-size bed (Twin upon request). Lounge area open-plan with bedroom – sleeper couch. En-suite with bath & shower. Small kitchenette. Opens onto private balcony with uninterrupted sea & mountain views.

Room 6: Luxury Suite. Ground floor unit; sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). Bedroom with King-size bed. Lounge area open-plan with bedroom – sleeper couch. En-suite with bath & shower. Small kitchenette. Deck area with built-in BBQ/braai, seating and limited sea views. Private entrance and direct access to the beach. No sea view from room.

Room 7: Superior Suite. Top floor unit; sleeps 2 adults. Spacious bedroom with King-size bed (Twin upon request). En-suite with free-standing stone bath & separate shower. Opens onto private balcony with uninterrupted sea & mountain views.

Room 8: Luxury Suite. Top floor unit; sleeps 2 adults and 2 children (under 12 years). Spacious bedroom with Queen-size bed. Separate lounge area with sleeper couch. En-suite with corner bath & separate shower. Separate toilet. Opens onto a communal balcony with sea & mountain views. Limited sea view from bedroom.

Room 9: Standard Room. Ground floor unit; sleeps 2 – 4 adults. Spacious 2 bedroom unit: Room 1 with King-size bed and Room 2 with Queen-size bed. Bathroom with shower. Both rooms offer comfort, privacy and large balcony with partial ocean views over the roof tops of surrounding houses.
